Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During promotions or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Options & Carriers

We use reputable carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, local postal services). Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

3. Transit Time Estimates (after dispatch)

  • United States (domestic): 3–10 business days (standard)
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe / UK: 7–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days
    Expedited options may be available for an additional fee. These are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination and selected shipping speed. Promotions offering free shipping will be indicated on the site.

5. Tracking & Notifications

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. We advise customers to check local import rules.

7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments

  • If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact support@cheniao.shop within 7 days. We will assist in tracing or filing claims with the carrier.
  • For visibly damaged deliveries, retain packaging and take photos, then contact support within 48 hours.

8. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

9. PO Boxes & APO/FPO

Some carriers do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If available, alternative carrier options will be shown at checkout.

10. Multiple-Box Orders

Large orders may ship in multiple packages. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
